Marmor Natvm – “Separium” curtains

The designer’s intention is to give marble a floating, “liquid” quality, epitomising the oxymoron “the lightness of weight”: indeed, marble is usually associated with heaviness and rigidity, while the Separium curtains, which act as elegant screens, move with exquisite lightness, like a precious fabric. Separium curtains are created with hundreds of black and white marble tesserae - Panda White, Nero Copacabana, Nordic White and Statuarietto -, which are deconstructed and reconstructed with their original veining, making a surprising statement in the space. The light reflected on the marble tesserae creates intriguing, gleaming reflections.
