An ode to lightness, an extraordinary evolution in the way we process stone. This is Budri SLIM. Years of research by Budri's Research & Development division has given rise to advanced production technology, developed to produce ultra-thin, durable and ultra-lightweight slabs that retain the same characteristics as marble in terms of veining, colour and lustre.

Ultra-thin marble slabs
With Budri SLIM, marble surfaces can be just 3 mm thick, reducing their weight by 85% when compared to traditional 20 mm slabs. Not only lightness, but also robustness: Budri SLIM panels are reinforced with a patented composite that makes them ultra-resistant to impact and compression.
Advantages
A new perspective
Budri SLIM slabs allow for optimised block output, and even facilitate production processes. The sheets are easier to transport and install, for less risk and lower emissions. Moreover, and perhaps most importantly, Budri SLIM reduces the exploitation of quarries and the consequent impact on the ecosystem and geographic qualities of the area.
