Residential
Private Mansion – Cesarea
Built in Caesarea, Israel, this mega mansion is by far the most expensive one overlooking the Mediterranean Sea: a true gem.
Budri was part of the group of Italian companies involved in its construction, along with the maestros who crafted the furniture, textiles, chandeliers, plasterwork and other beautiful things that come from the handmade creativity of Italian companies.
The property, which consists of a main building, an adjoining spa building and a guest house, covers an inhabitable area of 13,000 m2. The sumptuous main residence (spread over 6,400 m2 / 69,000 ft2) has numerous bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms, a spa with a steam room, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, wine cellar, billiard room, and home cinema, to name just a few of the facilities.
Budri was entrusted with the entire contract for the elements in marble, onyx and
semi-precious stone, inside and outside, including the mosaic pools, the steam room,
and the fountains, statues and columns. The extensive decorations were complex in their implementation due to the large surface area and the many artistically inlaid floor and wall facings, all different from each other and perfectly consistent with the style of each room.
Due to the important institutional assignments of many of our customers, by their express will and in order to respect their privacy we are not allowed to publish images of many prestigious works done by BUDRI, nor to mention the name of the property. The images published are therefore to be considered only as a part of the projects created by our company.
